    Please send the product back to us via a reliable courier of your choice. Please ensure that the package is secure to avoid damage during transportation.

    Once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be eligible for return, we will process a refund based on your payment method. The refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.
    The refund will be deducted from the shipping cost of your return, unless the item has quality problems or the wrong item was sent.
